The Prototype
Communications Satellite (PCSat) is the first in a planned series
of small spacecraft designed, built and tested by midshipmen at
the U.S. Naval Academy. The craft will be used to relay position
data from amateur radio operators to ground stations.
PCsat will use the
following frequencies:
145.825 1200 baud downlink (TLM and, after users enabled, QRP and
HT's only)
145.825 9600 baud downlink (TLM and, after users enabled, Mobiles)
