| Launch Vehicle Performance Analysis AST has the capability to perform detailed three degree of freedom
(3-DOF) launch vehicle ascent analysis. The principles have analyzed a wide range of
ELV and RLV concepts. Past accomplishments include sizing the Kistler K-1 launch
vehicle. Currently, we are performing detailed mission analysis for Kelly Space and
Technology.

| Over the past eighteen months,
Andrews Space & Technology has developed a Two-Stage to Orbit (TSTO)
reusable launch vehicle architecture, using internal funds, built
around its "Alchemist" Air Collection and Enrichment System
(ACES) technology. AS&T is currently conducting a feasibility
assessment of its "Alchemist" ACES under NASA's NRA8-30.
