Aerospace Initiates Preliminary Steps for Private Space Station

Aerospace, Las
Vegas, is taking preliminary steps to obtain a license from the
U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to build and launch a
private space
station using three inflatable modules. Bigelow Aerospace has
hired the Washington law firm Patton Boggs LLP to assist in
seeking FAA regulatory approval.
