Qualcomm
Incorporated has become a SkyBridge shareholder  and
limited partner. SkyBridge's will enter into licenses with Qualcomm
for its Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) technology for use in
both user terminals and gateways. Terms of the agreement and the
size of the investment were not disclosed.
