Aviation Insurance To Acquire Associated Aviation Underwriters
The British Aviation Insurance Group
is acquiring the U.S. aviation and satellite syndicate manager
Associated Aviation Underwriters Inc. The deal is expected to close
in September, pending regulatory approval. The holding company will
be named Global Aerospace Underwriting Managers Ltd., while both
trading names will be retained.
