Eutelsat
Joins With RSCC In New Satellite Venture
Eutelsat
has entered into a joint agreement with the Russian Satellite
Communications Co. (RSCC) to deploy and operate a new, yet to be
named, satellite at 40°E. The satellite, which could be available
as early as 2002, will carry at least 16-Ku band transponders, 8
C-band transponders and one L-band transponder.
