Successfully Launches Two Classified Spacecraft

A
Kosmos 3M successfully launched two classified satellites from
Plesetsk Cosmodrome at 0636 UTC on July 8. The spacecraft were
designated Kosmos 2390 and Kosmos 2391. The spacecraft are for the
Russian Ministry of Defense. While details of the two
spacecraft have not been published, some Western sources speculate
the spacecraft may be Parus-class military navigation satellites.
