Soyuz Launches Classified Russian Satellite
A Soyuz U rocket successfully
launched a classified Russian military satellite, Kosmos 2373,
from Baikonur Cosmodrome at 0930 UTC (2:30 a.m. PDT) on September
28.
Few details of the satellite have
been released by Russia, but it is believed by some analysts that
it may be a reconnaissance satellite, possibly of the Yantar class.
